COACHING

ARE YOU A LEADER IN NEED OF ANOTHER PERSPECTIVE?
WOULD YOUR ORGANIZATION BENEFIT FROM FRESH EYES ON YOUR STRATEGIC DIRECTION?

As a coach, we work alongside our clients to assist them on their journey.  This journey can be to increase their leadership skills or to become more dynamic strategic thinkers. Other times we will focus our individual and organizational coaching services around goal achievement using our Define and Achieve Your Goals process. This process includes nine steps to ensure our clients fully develop their goals and then create a foundation to increase the potential for success. This can be delivered individually or in a group setting. Participants also have the option to incorporate the Birkman Method self-assessment along with this process.

We also provide the Define and Achieve Your Goals Workbook and Online Course for individual purchase. Keep scrolling for details or visit our Define and Achieve Your Goals website.
