Natalya H. Bah is CEO of Natalya H. Bah Consulting, a boutique consultancy providing advising and coaching, team building and training services. Ms. Bah’s clients include professionals and organizations in the project management, legal, financial services, non-profit, real estate, and government contracting fields. She helps organizations reframe their strategic direction for success, coaches clients as they redirect their professional goals, provides team building sessions and has trained thousands of people about project management and leadership subjects.
Ms. Bah holds a Master of Science degree in Project Management from George Washington University’s School of Business and is also a certified Birkman Method© consultant. She leverages this scientifically developed self-assessment model and her project management acumen for her service offerings. She also utilizes her Define and Achieve Your Goals process.
WHAT I DO FOR INDIVIDUALS
I infuse fun and a positive focus into the services I provide my clients. This includes acting as a strategic partner to assist individuals with defining and achieving their goals. Some of these goals have included establishing a new business, altering their professional direction and achieving the next step professionally. These partnering services are delivered individually, in groups or via an online course.
WHAT I DO FOR ORGANIZATIONS
For the larger organizational perspective, I have assisted CEOs in establishing their business goals and been a sounding board for a leader refocusing their business strategy. In addition, I help ensure goal success through team building and training services. I ensure these services provide opportunities for camaraderie, interactive learning and takeaways that ensure continuing development.
